- Common shiitake substrate formula
80% oak wood sawdust (1-3cm)
19% wheat bran
1% gypsum (to ajdust substrate pH)
After sterilization, pH should be 5.5~5.8.
Be careful to avoid buying inferior bran and fake gypsum.
