4. Introduction:
Tear the plastic at the bottom of the bag, connect a small piece of 8-12g fresh Poria cocos sclerotium to the tear, and then put the plastic bag vertically into a sand pool with 8-12cm thickness, so that the sclerotium is close to the sand and bag wood, and continue to cultivate at 20-30℃. After one week, check whether the sclerotium survives;
5. Management:
Put the bags with sclerotium alive in the indoor sand pool and continue to cultivate at 20-30℃. Spray water in the air to cool down when it is hot. Open the cotton plug to supplement the nutrient solution when the wood in the bag is too dry;
6. Harvest:
Cultivate for about three months, when the sclerotium no longer grows, the wood is crushed by hand, and the color turns brown, then pick the sclerotium, peel off the Poria cocos skin while it is fresh, cut into blocks, slices or dices, and dry at 70-80℃ to get the finished Poria cocos.
