How to make Sparassis crispa cultivation bag ?-2

1. After the culture medium is stirred evenly, it should be bagged in time.
For factory cultivation, polypropylene cultivation bags (330 mm x 170 mm x 0.04 mm) are used as cultivation containers. When bagging, the culture medium in the bag should be uniformly tight from top to bottom, the inoculation hole should be complete and centered, and each bag should contain 0.85~0.95 kg of wet material.

2. Mushroom bag specifications:
There are two modes of domestic Sparassis crispa cultivation: square bags and round bags, depending on the situation. The two are similar in fresh mushroom yield and biological efficiency, but the quality of round bag cultivation is better, probably because it can better control environmental conditions. However, the roots of Sparassis crispa cultivated in round bags are larger, and more roots need to be cut off before they can be sold as commercial mushrooms, which affects the yield of commercial mushrooms. The cultivation process needs to be improved to reduce the weight of the roots.

3. Loading amount:
The factory cultivation of Sparassis crispa mainly uses 17 cm or 17.5 cm low-pressure polypropylene plastic bags, and 18 cm folding diameter cultivation bags are rarely used. When the folding diameter increases, the loading amount will increase accordingly. In theory, the yield of fresh mushrooms will increase, but experiments have confirmed that under the existing cultivation bag specifications, the loading amount of Sparassis crispa can only reach about 950 grams at most. Increasing the amount of filler too much will extend the cycle and the input-output ratio is relatively low.

4. Material height:
The loading amount of Sparassis crispa is less than that of other fungi because the mycelium grows slowly. If the loading amount is increased, the height will increase. The bag bagging machine can only punch out one inoculation hole on the cultivation bag. When the folding diameter of the cultivation bag increases, the time for the mycelium to fill the bag becomes longer, affecting the cultivation cycle. Therefore, the importance of the loading height of Sparassis crispa bag cultivation is better than the loading amount.
