Generally, polypropylene angled bags with specifications of 18cmx36cmX0.005cm are selected. According to the size of the angled bags, the corresponding punching automatic bagging machine is selected. The machine directly leaves a hole with a diameter of 2cm and a depth of 10cm in the material, and about 1200 bags are bagged in 1 hour.
Bagging requirements: Taking 18cm angled bags as an example, the culture material is required to be tight on the top and loose on the bottom, the bag height is 18cm (450g of dry material and 1200g of wet material per bag), and the bag weight is 1200g plus or minus 50g. The smaller the error, the higher the consistency of the cultivation bag, and the easier the management of mushrooms in the later stage.
After bagging, put on the ring and lid, place it in the turnover basket, and sterilize it in the sterilizer in time.
