(8) Management of Ganoderma lucidum:

Move the mature mushroom bags to the place where the mushrooms are grown, stack the bags evenly, use a knife to make a small cross-shaped hole above the tied mouth of the mushroom bag, and the Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body will grow out of the cross-shaped small hole. Manage the temperature, humidity, ventilation, light and other aspects.

1. Keep the room temperature at 24-26℃ during the process of growing Ganoderma lucidum. If the temperature is below 20℃, the occurrence is small and the growth is slow; if the temperature exceeds 34℃, it is difficult for the primordium to differentiate into normal fruiting body.

2. Keep the humidity at 85%-95% in the early stage of the process of growing Ganoderma lucidum, and keep it at around 85% in the later stage. Maintain the humidity by sprinkling water on the ground and spraying the space to keep the ground moist. Avoid spraying water when the Ganoderma lucidum spores begin to eject in the later stage.

3. Good ventilation should be maintained during the process of growing Ganoderma lucidum. Keep the environmental carbon dioxide concentration at 0.03%-0.06%. If it exceeds 0.1%, the Ganoderma lucidum primordium is not easy to differentiate, the cap is not easy to differentiate, and the stipe continues to branch to form a "deer antler" shape.

4. During the early stage of the growth process, the light intensity is about 3000lx, and in the later stage it is maintained at about 4000-6000lx. The direction of the light source should be fixed, otherwise it is easy to form deformed Ganoderma lucidum.
