The success of morel cultivation is a systematic project, and it is also a demonstration of a typical high-yield technical routine for edible fungi. Using the thinking and ideas of edible fungi factory cultivation (controllability, nutrient enrichment, sufficient ripening, detailed control, etc.) to cultivate morels can achieve more stable high yields.

(1) Facilities are the first priority. Without good facilities, control is impossible and the risk is extremely high.

(2) Provide more nutrition. The high yield of most edible fungi is almost the result of eutrophication. Enoki mushrooms and Pleurotus eryngii have all gone through this process. Therefore, the formula should be rich in nutrition and the amount should be sufficient. Facts have proved that the richer the nutrition and the greater the number, the higher the yield of morels. At the same time as the nutrition is rich, the probability of contamination by foreign bacteria also increases. At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job in the prevention and control of foreign bacteria.

First, it is necessary to reduce the background value of foreign bacteria in the soil.
Second, the concept of low-temperature fermentation should be adopted.
Third, good ventilation should be ensured, and high temperature and humidity should be avoided.

(3) Sufficient nutrient accumulation and ripening. Factory cultivation is all about explosive fruiting and maximum yield at one time. Morchella also has the same requirements. Preventing nutrient bag contamination, improving the absorption and conversion efficiency of nutrient bags, sufficient nutrient accumulation, and sufficient physiological after-ripening are the same basic requirements. In Morchella cultivation, everyone focuses on fruiting management, but ignores the fact that cultivation management is the most important. 80% of the yield is determined by nutrient accumulation in the cultivation stage.

(4) Good fruiting management. No matter how good the early management is, it needs to be transformed through good fruiting management in the later stage. There are two key points in fruiting management: accurate grasp of the timing of bud induction and environmental regulation to suit the needs of the mushroom. Most people focus on the latter, but grasping the timing of bud induction is really important. Only when the right time and the right method are used can you achieve twice the result with half the effort. The appearance of needle-point mushrooms is an important criterion for judging physiological maturity. This is an effective approach that has been verified by a large number of practices.

The essence of all cultivation is to suit the needs of the mushroom. As a type of organism, edible fungi follow most common laws and principles. Morels have their own special biological characteristics, laws, phenomena and principles. Only by mastering them, utilizing them and catering to their needs can we do better and more stably.
