What are the common problems of primordium induction in Sparassis crispa  cultivation?

Under suitable conditions, after the mycelium has grown all over the bag, the temperature is controlled at 20~22℃, and a certain amount of scattered light stimulation is given to induce the formation of primordium. At this time, mycelium gathers on the surface of the culture medium of the cultivation bag, twists into primordium, and continues to grow, protrusions appear, and the primordium quickly enters the differentiation stage and then leaves appear. When the leaves are full of the culture medium, they are moved into the mushroom warehouse for further cultivation. When the temperature and light are suitable, it takes 25~30 days for the primordium to be induced into fruiting bodies.

During the primordium induction stage of Sparassis crispa , the environmental conditions of the mushroom house (especially light and ventilation) are relatively strict, otherwise it is easy to have difficulty in successfully inducing the primordium.

During the growth and development stage of the fruiting body, the ventilation volume should be increased, otherwise when the carbon dioxide concentration is too high, the fruiting body pieces are prone to deformity, affecting the quality.
