4. The time after piercing the big hole. Generally speaking, after piercing the big hole, the shiitake log needs to be cultivated for another 80-90 days to fully mature

5. shiitake log fruiting test, take a few shiitake logs, neither remove the bag, nor add water, shake them to see whether shiitake grow out.

As long as the above conditions are met at the same time, it means that the mushroom stick is fully mature
