2. Inducing budding
After the mushroom bags are stacked, it is best to take measures to induce budding, so as to facilitate the neat fruiting and facilitate the later management. If there is a thick mushroom skin at the mouth of the bag, you can use a small iron rake or tweezers to remove the old mushroom skin to expose the mycelium. When inducing budding, open the doors and windows at night to lower the ambient temperature, increase the light during the day to increase the temperature of the mushroom shed, create a day and night temperature difference of 8~12℃, keep the ground and walls moist, increase the relative humidity of the air to about 90%, and increase the humidity by increasing the ground humidity and spraying fine mist in the air. Avoid direct watering, and avoid water accumulation on the surface of the mushroom buds, so as not to cause dead buds and the outbreak of bacterial yellow spot disease. Increase ventilation and provide scattered light to promote the differentiation of mushroom buds.

Primordial differentiation and fruiting body growth have different requirements for oxygen. Under semi-closed conditions, maintaining an appropriate carbon dioxide concentration can promote the occurrence of primordia. Carbon dioxide concentration also affects the density of primordial occurrence. The primordium has poor adaptability to the environment and weak resistance to stress. Ventilation should be carried out slowly, the ventilation volume should not be too large, the ventilation time should not be too long, and the primordium or mushroom buds should not be blown directly. If the wind is strong and the airflow is too fast, the mushroom bag will lose water and the primordium will dry up. Scattered light stimulation is conducive to the formation of primordium, differentiation of fruiting bodies and growth and development of Pleurotus ostreatus.

3. Young mushroom stage
The water requirement of young mushrooms is not large. You can spray water into the air and spray water on the walls and the ground at the same time to keep it moist. Do not directly apply too much water to the mushroom body to prevent the mushroom body from absorbing a lot of water and suffocating to death. If the temperature is too low and the water spraying is too much, dead mushrooms often occur. After the primordium differentiates, open the ventilation window of the mushroom shed to strengthen ventilation and supply enough fresh air.

4. Rapid growth period
During the growth of fruiting bodies, the ambient temperature should be controlled at 10~25℃, and 13~20℃ is the best. In case of high temperature, measures such as covering with straw during the day and lifting the film for ventilation in the morning and evening can be taken to reduce the temperature; if the temperature is too low, measures such as adding covering materials outside the shed to keep warm or appropriately reducing covering materials during the day and increasing sunlight can be taken to increase the temperature of the mushroom shed. Fire channels can also be added inside the shed to increase the temperature. During the growth period of the fruiting body, the relative humidity of the air in the mushroom shed should be increased.
