1. Sterilization
The filling bags should be sterilized in time. Since the filling of the Sparassis crispa cultivation bag is relatively loose, in order to exhaust the cold air between the cultivation material particles, a vacuum double-door high-pressure sterilizer is used for sterilization. The sterilization cabinet is long. The sterilization temperature is 126℃ and maintained for 2.5 hours. Pay attention to the distance between the small workshops during sterilization to ensure smooth circulation of steam between the carts. The cultivation material bag is covered with a waterproof board, and a space of 50 mm is maintained from the bottom of the upper layer. A vacuum high-pressure procedure is used.
2. Cooling
3 hours before the end of sterilization, use a chlorine-containing disinfectant to spray disinfect the cooling room. After the sterilization is completed, push the cart into the cooling room for cooling. When it comes out of the oven, the temperature of the fungus bag is 90~100℃, and it is pushed into the cooling room that has been filtered through primary, medium and high efficiency for forced cooling. The sterilization carts are arranged neatly to maintain ventilation and heat dissipation space so that the temperature drops below 24℃ in the shortest time.
