Rapid growth period
Refers to the 15th to 17th day after the bag opening. During this stage, the young mushrooms grow rapidly, and the changes in mushroom shape must be observed every morning and evening. At this time, according to the size of the mushroom cap, the carbon dioxide concentration in the mushroom house is maintained at 0.6%~0.8% to promote the elongation of the stem, and then gradually reduce the carbon dioxide concentration in the warehouse, reducing it by 0.2% every 12 hours, and finally maintaining it at 0.4%~0.5%. Under certain conditions, the stem will no longer elongate, but will develop horizontally.
The temperature of the mushroom house is controlled at 12~15℃ and the relative humidity is maintained at 85%~90%. The relative humidity can be adjusted by humidification equipment, and short-term scattered light is appropriately given according to the color of the mushroom cap.
Harvest period
Refers to the 18th to 20th day after the bag opening, reducing the carbon dioxide mass concentration to 0.25%~0.3%, promoting the gradual enlargement of the mushroom cap, and the consistency of the thickness of the stem from top to bottom, and at the same time, short-term scattered light is appropriately given according to the color of the mushroom phase.
The mushroom body suitable for harvesting is 10~15cm, the gills can be clearly seen under the mushroom cap, the gills grow to about 1cm, and the mushroom cap slightly spreads outward. Harvesters should pay attention to personal hygiene and wear gloves when picking. Choose mature mushrooms, gently hold the mushroom body with one hand, and cut it from the base with a knife in the other hand. Be careful not to cut the culture medium to avoid dirtying the mushroom body and affecting the quality.
