Rapid growth period

Under certain conditions, the stem will no longer elongate, but will develop horizontally.

The temperature of the mushroom house is controlled at 12~15℃ and the relative humidity is maintained at 85%~90%. The relative humidity can be adjusted by humidification equipment, and short-term scattered light is appropriately given according to the color of the mushroom cap.

Harvest period
Refers to the 18th to 20th day after the bag opening, reducing the carbon dioxide mass concentration to 0.25%~0.3%, promoting the gradual enlargement of the mushroom cap, and the consistency of the thickness of the stem from top to bottom, and at the same time, short-term scattered light is appropriately given according to the color of the mushroom phase.

The mushroom body suitable for harvesting is 10~15cm, the gills can be clearly seen under the mushroom cap, the gills grow to about 1cm, and the mushroom cap slightly spreads outward. Harvesters should pay attention to personal hygiene and wear gloves when picking. Choose mature mushrooms, gently hold the mushroom body with one hand, and cut it from the base with a knife in the other hand.
