What should be paid attention to during the mushroom bud period of factory-based bag cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii?
(II) Mushroom bud formation period
Also known as the bud induction period, it refers to the 5th to 10th day after the bag is opened. The temperature is maintained at 15~17℃, the carbon dioxide concentration is maintained at 0.3%~0.5%, the relative humidity is maintained at 80%~85%, and the light intensity is continuously irradiated for 4~6 hours per day at 300lx. According to the water droplets on the inner wall of the bag, water is sprayed on the ground as appropriate to prevent the relative humidity from being too high and causing mushroom rot.
Generally, water droplets begin to spit out on the 5th day. White water droplets are normal, and turbid water droplets are abnormal.
On the 6th day, obvious irregular protrusions appear on the surface of the culture medium, which belong to the bud primordium. On the 7th day, the water droplets are more obvious, and some bud primordia begin to swell. On the 8th day, the water droplets disappear, and most of the primordia appear after the bag is opened. On the 9th day, the primordium continues to swell. According to the differentiation of the mushroom buds, the collar is removed in time and the light is turned off. Removing the collar too late will cause tumors on the mushroom cap in the later stage.
(III) Mushroom bud growth period
Refers to the 10th to 15th day after bagging. At this stage, the differentiation of mushroom buds has been completed, and the temperature is lowered to 14~16℃, and the carbon dioxide concentration is maintained at 0.5%~0.7% to promote the elongation of the mushroom stem and control the size of the mushroom cap. The relative humidity is increased to about 90%, and no light is provided to prevent the mushroom stem from bending and yellowing. When the mushroom grows to 4~6cm long, bud thinning is carried out, usually divided into 2 days on the 13th to 14th day.
When thinning buds, according to the mushroom body size required by the market, 1~2 strong mushrooms with the best mushroom shape are left in each bag, and the small mushrooms with competitive ability are cut off, and the plastic film at the bag mouth naturally opens into a "mouth" shape. If the mushroom bud to be removed is relatively large, the incision position can be lowered when thinning the buds, and it can also be sold as commercial mushroom buds. If it is too small, the incision can be raised so that the nutrients of the small mushroom bud tissue can be transferred to the commercial mushrooms.
After bud thinning, unless necessary, try to keep the mushroom room dark and use a mobile headlight to patrol the mushroom room to improve the whiteness of the mushroom buds, otherwise the color of the mushroom buds will turn gray and affect the commodity grade. After bud thinning, immediately clean up the debris and clean the ground. Keep the ground high in humidity and reduce ventilation time to promote the rapid closure of the mushroom buds and avoid bacterial diseases.
