After inoculation, the cultivation bags are moved to the dark culture room for dark culture, and the temperature of the mushroom room is maintained at 24~26℃. This stage is mainly based on temperature control, and the ground can be kept dry. 10~15 days after inoculation, the mycelium on the surface of the cultivation bag can complete the cover, and the temperature of the mushroom room is maintained at 23~25℃. During this period, pay attention to ventilation.

As the cultivation time increases, the biological heat in the bag gradually increases, and the temperature can be reduced to 22~24℃. At this time, the internal circulation should be increased, and the ventilation time should be increased to keep the indoor air fresh. Under suitable conditions, it takes 50~55 days for the mycelium to grow full of the cultivation bag.
