How to cultivation of oyster mushroom bags ?

Colonization period:

After inoculation, colonization and cultivation are carried out on site. The bags are stacked in a "井" shape. The number of layers of bags should be determined according to the temperature. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature, the fewer the layers. When the temperature is below 10℃, 5 to 7 layers can be stacked; when the temperature is 10 to 20℃, 3 to 5 layers can be stacked; when the temperature is above 20℃, 2 to 3 layers can be stacked; when the temperature exceeds 28℃, a single layer should be placed on the ground. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 65% to promote the colonization, spread and cover of the mycelium as soon as possible. This practice can avoid pollution caused by moving and vibration. 7 to 9 days after inoculation, the mycelium colonizes the cover.

Fever period: 10 to 25 days after inoculation. A large amount of oxygen is needed for the spawning of Oyster mushrooms. Low temperature spawning is a guarantee of high yield. If conditions permit, low temperature spawning should be used as much as possible, and the temperature in the bag should be preferably 18 to 22℃. During this stage, the temperature in the cultivation bag rises significantly. At this time, the center temperature of the cultivation bag needs to be controlled not higher than 22℃ to avoid burning. Depending on the situation, puncture treatment can be carried out. The number and depth of punctures need to be determined according to the specifications of the cultivation bag and the sealing method. Generally, puncture is made 1 cm behind the top of the developed mycelium, and 5 to 6 holes are made at equal distances per circle, with a hole depth of about 3 cm. Pick out the contaminated bags in time, and the moderately and severely contaminated bags should be moved away from the spawning site in time for harmless treatment.

Post-ripening period: 25 to 35 days after inoculation, the temperature in the cultivation bag needs to be monitored and should not exceed 25℃.

Note

The key point of control during the planting period is to control pollution, and the effective solution is to reduce the relative humidity of the air. If there is no large-scale pollution 5 to 7 days after inoculation, the production of oyster mushrooms is almost half successful. The key point of control during the fever period is to avoid high temperature burning, and the effective solution is to increase ventilation; if the temperature cannot be guaranteed, ventilation must be guaranteed first. The key point of post-ripening control is to avoid light stimulation and temperature difference stimulation. The effective solution is not to avoid light, but to adopt a low temperature and constant temperature strategy for fungus. If red Neurospora appears, it must be removed in time to prevent it from becoming a source of contamination and causing a large-scale outbreak of red Neurospora.
