The bottling process and operation requirements of the culture medium of Enoki mushroom/ Flammulina velutipes 

Now take the 1100ml, 85ml spawn bottle as an example. Before bottling, clean and dry the empty bottle. The bottling machine can load 16 bottles at a time. After loading, the surface is compacted and flattened, 5 holes are punched, and the bottle cap is covered. The standard weight of each bottle is 1020~1050g (including bottle and bottle cap), and the distance between the material and the bottle mouth is 1.7~1.9cm.


The following are the technical points and precautions for bottling for your reference.
1. Bottling process
Sensory confirmation of mixing effect → bottling → loading with robot → pushing the cart into the cabinet.
2. Bottling operation requirements
① Clean the empty bottle. Choose a clean bottle with no dirt inside and outside. Before bottling, use compressed air to clean the dust and debris on the bottle, basket, etc., and select the particularly dirty bottles or bottles with broken bottle mouths.
② Remove the broken bottle caps. Remove the bottle caps that are severely damaged, deformed or contaminated (select once when scratching bacteria and once when bottling).
③ Confirm the cleanliness of each part of the machine, and there is no sticky debris, especially the punch rod should be kept clean.
④ Confirm that the raw materials are pre-wetted. Stir the raw materials evenly before bottling, stir the dry materials for more than 20 minutes, stir for more than 60~70 minutes after adding water, the moisture content is 67%±1%, the pH value is 6.8~7.2, and the sensory test can be bottled only after reaching the standard.
⑤ Empty the bottle, start the bottling machine, test load, and first load 10 baskets for testing.
⑥ Weigh. The standard weight of each bottle is 1020~1050g (including bottles and bottle caps), and the difference in one basket cannot exceed 10g. The weight of the basket and the bottles between them should be consistent and recorded.
⑦ Measure the height of the material surface, press down 1.75cm for the second punch, and the material surface is flat. 1.7~1.9cm away from the bottle mouth.
⑧Confirm that the material surface height and the single bottle weighing meet the production requirements before starting the bottling machine and making corresponding records.
⑨Weighing frequency 3 times/pot, measuring material surface height frequency 3 times/pot, checking once every 15m on average, and making records of the corresponding number of inspections.
⑩When unqualified products are sampled during the bottling operation (more than 4 bottles in a basket), they must be reported immediately and adjusted appropriately.
①Confirm that the baskets are neatly stacked to prevent the aperture from collapsing.
⑫Put on the sterilization car, 24 baskets/car, neatly placed, and wait for sterilization
@After bottling, thoroughly clean the bottling machine and the ground, and refuel the transmission parts of the bottling machine.
