1. Cultivation equipment
(1) Temperature control equipment
Mainly air conditioners, refrigeration units, fans, etc.
(2) Special insecticidal lamp
Rated power is 8W, power supply voltage is 85~265V, size is 18mmX37mm, power supply frequency is 50~60Hz, and effective range is 60~80m2. The insecticidal lamp is made by using the principle of sound imitation to attract mosquitoes that like special ultraviolet bands, and then use ultra-quiet fans to suck mosquitoes into the device to dry and kill them. During the whole process, high-voltage discharge is not used, no nitrogen oxides are produced, and no secondary pollution is caused to the environment.
2. Cultivation management points
After inoculation, use a cart to pull it to the spawning workshop. The culture must be placed in a clean, dark, constant temperature, constant humidity, and regularly ventilated spawning room.
During the fermentation period, the temperature of the culture room is automatically controlled by the coil fan and the outdoor refrigeration unit. The cultivation bottles (bags) are cultivated in a nearly closed environment. The heat generated during the cultivation process is forced to cool down by the coil fan. The temperature is controlled at 18~22℃. The temperature should be high first and then low. Generally, the position of the bottle (bag) is adjusted every 7 days. Once the temperature exceeds 23℃ (the material temperature is often 2~4℃ higher than the room temperature), ventilation and cooling should be carried out immediately, and the temperature should be prevented from being lower than 18℃ to avoid mushrooms before the mycelium grows fully.
Ultrasonic humidification is used in the venue, the mist particles do not exceed 5um, and the relative humidity of the air is controlled at 60%~70%. The exhaust gas generated during the cultivation process is automatically discharged at regular intervals by the axial flow fan installed in the lower corner of the cultivation room. Generally, ventilation is carried out 3~4 times a day, 30 minutes each time, to keep the air fresh and prevent infection caused by miscellaneous bacteria caused by high temperature and high humidity.
At the same time, the internal circulation machine is added to disturb the air, and the circulation fan should be turned on for 15 minutes every 2 hours. The culture room is equipped with a roof fan or an internal circulation fan, which rotates 360 degrees to promote air disturbance, reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower cultivation (bottle) bags, and prevent "burning bacteria".
In daily culture management work, light stimulation and vibration should be minimized as much as possible. Workers can work with their hands and avoid turning on the headlights.
Under normal circumstances, the mycelium is full of (bottle) bags in 26-28 days. After 8-10 days of continuous cultivation, the mycelium gradually enters the physiological maturity stage.
