Substrate Discharging

Place the prepared cultivation material on the disinfected ground and mix it thoroughly, then put it in a basket or evenly spread it on the cultivation bed frame. The loading amount is 50 kg/m2 and the thickness is 10~13 cm.

 Sowing

Place the fungus in the disinfected fungus basin and crush it. Sprinkle it evenly on the prepared cultivation material according to 0.5% of the sowing amount, then gently flatten the surface of the cultivation material so that the fungus and the cultivation material are fully connected, and cover the surface of the cultivation material with plastic film.

Incubation

The suitable temperature for incubation is 35~38℃, C0 in the mushroom house, the concentration is not higher than 0.5%, avoid light, and keep the relative humidity of the air above 95%. After 4~5 days, when the cultivation material is full of mycelium, remove the plastic film.

Watering

When the surface of the culture medium is full of hyphae, the water loss inside the culture medium is serious and watering is required. The suitable humidity of the culture medium is 65%~67%. Measure the humidity before spraying water, and then spray water evenly. The general water replenishment amount is 5 kg/m2. Ventilate in time after spraying water, and the ventilation time is about 2 hours. At the same time, turn on the drying function of the mushroom house control system to reduce the surface humidity of the culture medium to avoid the breeding of nematodes.

 Inducing budding

After watering, wait for the new fluffy hyphae to climb onto the surface of the culture medium to induce budding. During the inducing budding period, the ventilation transmittance needs to be increased, and the relative humidity of the air needs to be maintained at 90%~95% to stimulate the twisting of hyphae. When small white spots begin to appear evenly on the surface of the culture medium, the light source can be turned off. The time for inducing budding is generally 1~3 days.

Fruiting

After the inducing budding is over, keep the air temperature at 27~30℃ and the relative humidity at 100%. Turn off the light source in the mushroom house at the early stage of fruiting. Turn on the light source and cool down appropriately when the mushroom grows to a width of 2 cm to make the top of the mushroom turn black. It takes 4 to 5 days for the mushroom to mature from budding.

Picking and storage

When the height-to-width ratio of the mushroom is greater than 1, it is the right time to harvest. When harvesting, gently pinch the base of the mushroom and rotate it. Do not damage the surrounding immature mushrooms. At the same time, pay attention to prevent the mushroom roots from carrying the cultivation materials. After sorting the picked mushrooms, spread them flat in a hollow plastic basket with a thickness of 10 to 15 cm, and store them in a professional mushroom storage warehouse with a temperature of 15 to 16℃ and a relative humidity of less than 85%. They can be stored for 3 days without deterioration.
