What should be paid attention to during the mycelium recovery period of King Oyster Mushroom Factory Bag Cultivation?
Management of Factory Bag Cultivation
The management of King Oyster Mushroom can be roughly divided into mycelium recovery period, mushroom bud formation period, mushroom bud growth period, rapid growth period and harvest period according to the growth situation.
(I) Mycelium recovery period
Also known as the low temperature stimulation stage, it refers to the period from the transfer to the warehouse to the 4th day.
1. Chilling on the first day
First clean the mushroom room. Rinse with clean water, disinfect the ground with bleaching powder (increase surface humidity and space disinfection), and then insert the cultivation bag into the grid.
King Oyster Mushroom belongs to the medium and low temperature constant temperature fruiting mushroom. The temperature difference is too large, which is not conducive to the occurrence of primordium. After the fruiting bags are transferred to the warehouse and the bags are arranged, low temperature stimulation is required before the mushrooms can be produced. Therefore, the room temperature is cooled to 13~15℃. After a day and night, the center temperature of the cultivation bag is close to the warehouse temperature.
2. Open the bag on the second day
Open the bag on the second day after the transfer, remove the old mushroom blocks on the bag mouth, take off the ring, open the bag mouth with your hands, close the bag mouth, and then put the ring on the end of the bag mouth. The shape is an inverted funnel with a small hole in the center (Figure 3-63, Figure 3-64). After opening the bag, adjust the temperature to 15~17℃, maintain the carbon dioxide concentration at 0.2%~0.3%, and maintain the relative humidity at 85%-90%. Do not provide light.
3. Mycelium recovery and value-added stage on the third day
At this time, the carbon dioxide concentration in the warehouse is controlled below 0.3%, and the humidity is still 85%~90%. The humidity is lower in the rainy season and can be appropriately increased in the summer. The temperature is controlled at 15~17℃. It can be ventilated and irradiated with 100lx light intensity for 4~6h every day to induce primordium formation.
4. "Hanging mycelium" on the 4th day
Under the stimulation of the above conditions, the surface of the cultivation bag "turns white" on the 4th day. If you press it with your fingers, it means it is dry, and the surface lacks water, causing yellow spots; fingerprints appear, indicating that the humidity of the microenvironment space of the bag has opened up. If water droplets appear on the inner wall of the bag and your fingers have lumps, it means it is too wet. At this time, the mycelium in the cultivation bag gradually recovers, commonly known as "hanging mycelium".
