Generally, high pressure sterilization is used, and it can be maintained at 0.15MPa for 2~3h.
After sterilization, when the temperature in the bag drops to 70~80℃, the sterilization cart is pushed into the cooling room and cooled in two stages. The cooling process maintains the positive pressure filter air in the cooling room. After convection cooling, the bag shoulder temperature reaches below 35℃ and can be pushed into the second cooling room. The refrigeration unit is turned on for forced cooling until the center temperature of the bag drops below 25℃.
Since the bag body has heat exchange with the space environment during the process of leaving the pot to cooling, in order to prevent pollution caused by air exchange, it is necessary to ensure that the cooling room is absolutely clean. Generally, medium-efficiency or high-efficiency air filters are installed, and the cleanliness level is controlled at the level of 100,000.
