Sawdust fungus strain production （2）

   Since the plastic bags used for sawdust fungus are small in diameter and the filling efficiency is slow, plastic bags of the same specifications as cultivation bags were later used, and mechanical filling was used to make fungus. Subsequently, branch fungus appeared, and soon, liquid fungus appeared, covering almost all commercial fungi except for nameko. Large enterprises have switched to liquid fungus for continuous production. However, sawdust solid fungus is still used in seasonal cultivation, such as Ganoderma lucidum cultivation. The production of cultivation bags is mostly concentrated from December to March of the following year, which is only a short period of 4 months. If liquid fungus is used, the equipment vacancy rate is too high. In addition, wheat grain fungus is still used in the production of Agaricus bisporus.

     With the popularization of fungus bag centers, the requirements for the cultivation of fungus after inoculation are getting higher and higher. Now the fungus bag centers are equipped with the ability to directly enter the next culture warehouse for cultivation after inoculation (referred to as one culture). The layout of inoculation and culture warehouse is required to be connected, and the internal circulation air is required to be controlled under high-efficiency air purifiers, automatic temperature control, and intermittent time control. Similarly, wood chip solid bacteria can also be cultured with cultivation bags. Environmental requirements: warm light (darkness), water (air humidity 65%), gas (CO2, concentration controlled below 0.25%).
